Malagos Farmhouse Serves Madrid Fusion 3

A fantastic weekend for Malagos Farmhouse Cheese. We started with a ‘cheese talk’ at the Manila House on April 7. About 13 kinds of cheeses were featured together with their stories. Olive Puentespina, cheese maker and founder of Malagos Farmhouse cheeses spoke about the cheeses and shared her evolution as an artisanal cheese maker.

On the same evening, Malagos Farmhouse co-hosted the cocktails portion of a very special dinner for the movers and shakers of the Madrid Fusion 3. It was also held at the Manila House for about 300 guests.

The next day, April 8, the cheeses were appreciated by the press, congress attendees and chefs from all over the world at the Regional Lunch of Mindanao for the Madrid Fusion.

Once again, the Malagos Farmhouse Team of Olive Puentespina, Karin Carmona, Charita Puentespina and Ingrid Puentespina assisted by the very able students of Enderun showcased artisanal cheeses proudly made in the Philippines. Welcome to our hearth!
