This lactic acid cheese is made from blended goat’s and cow’s milk. Done in the style of Chevre, this cloth drained and hand moulded cheese is creamy and tangy, slightly salted and is a perfect canvass for endless flavor possibilities.

Comes in 500g vacuum packs.
