Welcome 2017!

On behalf of our team, I thank you for a wonderful 2016. The year saw so many improvements in production, processing, labeling as well as a few addition to the product line.

The pasture management team opened new areas for improved forage and we are now fully on TMR (total mixed ration) with the importation from Jaylor.

We welcome 2017 with renewed hope, refreshed energy and more cheeses in the pipeline, cheers!
