Baked La Maria: Sweet

Ingredients
La Maria
Dried fruits and nuts
Jam, Honey, or Bignay nectare
Materials and equipment
Oven
Aluminum Foil
Sharp knife
Remove plastic protective packaging. Cut off the top of the parchment paper to reveal La Maria, leaving the rest of the wheel wrapped.
Wrap the wheel with aluminum foil. Make shallow cuts along the top of the wheel with a sharp knife and bake at 250C for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
Top with chopped dried fruit and nuts. Serve warm with Honey, Mangosteen Jam, or Bignay Nectare.
