Made from pure goat’s milk, this smooth, creamy, and tangy cheese is perfect with toasted bread or incorporated into dishes like quiches and omelettes. It can serve as a blank canvas for one to build flavors on or enjoyed as is.

Made purely from whey, a natural by-product of cheese making, our ricotta is lightly flavored, grainy and soft, perfect for cooking. It has a high protein content and less fat as compared to other cheeses.

Goat’s Milk Feta

Our Feta is made from fresh, pasteurized goat’s milk, collected daily from our Malagos dairy farm. It is semi-soft, crumbly and slightly acidic, with the perfect saltiness coming from the brine ageing.

La Maria

This is a creamy cow’s milk bloomy rind cheese. It is basket molded by hand, slowly ladled and gently turned. The cheese mold encourage the formation of a velvety exterior while the interior remains creamy.

Ingrid’s Rosemary

Fresh cow’s milk is used to make this cheese. Made in the style of Gouda, it transforms into a creamy aged cheese with the use of high fat milk. It is infused with fresh rosemary.

Peppato

Peppato is a cow’s milk aged cheese with green peppercorns. Salty and firm, it is delightful on its own, melted on top of toasted bread or grated on top of pasta.
